Small country house, built c. 1759 with late 18th and 19th century alterations. Built of coursed limestone rubble, ashlar and red brick with ashlar and brick dressings and slate roofs. Interior has original staircase and fireplaces as well as some original panelling and ceiling plasterwork. The street front is deceptive, just plain rubble stone and brick with moulded window surrounds and a porch with late Georgian Gothic details. However, hidden behind the garden wall is the grand south front, identical with No. 13 Barn Hill, Stamford, of 1740. {2}
Manor Farm, Leasingham. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {3}
