Full Description

Parish church of 12th century origin, with alterations in the 14th and 15th century. Chancel 1849 by H.E. Kendall, restored 1850 by Edward Blore. Built of limestone ashlar, with some coursed squared limestone rubble, and slate and lead roofs. West tower and spire, clerestoried nave, chancel, north aisle and south porch.
