Full Description
A house which was constructed in the late 18th century. The front of the house was added in c.1823. The building was constructed in red brick in Flemish bond, with a hipped slate roof and lead dressings. It has two tall wall brick stacks. The building is L-shaped in plan and is two storeys high. It also has a three bay front with a central half glazed 20th century door. The rear wing dates from the late 18th century. Miramar House, Freiston. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of L plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a hamlet. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {2}
