Number 14 was subject to a building survey in 2023, during which it was noted that the eaves are unusually deep at approximately 0.5m. The building retains its wooden casement and sash windows, while internally the structure has been largely stripped and used for document storage. A 20th century extension appears to have functioned as a kitchen. Two fireplaces survive, as well as a picture rail, and cast iron bath. {3}
