Full Description

63320 Home Farmhouse, located to the east of High Street, is a farmhouse built in 1603 of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar and white brick dressings and a slate roof, and was altered and added to in the nineteenth century. Pevsner states that the farmhouse is dated 1683, but is much altered. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {3}
