Farmhouse built in the mid eighteenth century in red brick with a pantile roof. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of L plan. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a loose farmstead cluster. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {3}
