Full Description

Carr Dyke Farmhouse and attached outbuildings are mid 18th century and early 19th century. The farmhouse is T-plan and of two storeys. It is constructed of brick with pantile roofs. The attached outbuilding is single storey and L-plan with 3 plank doors (see PRN 65841). Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {3}
