Full Description

Earthworks of medieval ridge and furrow, identified on aerial photography by the National Mapping Programme. {1} Further traces of ridge and furrow were identified in March 2002, during magnetometry survey and site visits to land off St Peter's Road. The remains were recorded as a series of roughly north-east to south-west aligned earthworks and linear magnetic anomalies. {2}{3}{4}{5}
