Full Description

School building dating to the 19th century. Buff brick two storey building, under a hipped slate roof with two lateral stacks. {1} White's 1856 Trade Directory states that a National School was built in the parish in 1849. {2} The 1905 OS map shows the building in a rectangular plan form with an extended porch to the north. {3} A new classroom block was built on the site in 2002. {4}{5}
