Full Description

The remains of a former wooden, clinker-built vessel of probable 20th century date, on the western side of the River Witham, Boston. The vessel was included in a photographic survey of wrecks along the Witham foreshore, conducted in October 2013 prior to their removal. The vessel possibly overlies a second clinker-built boat, although the remains were in poor condition and this could not be conclusively proven. It may be that the second remains instead formed part of the original aft hull. {1}{2}{3}
