Full Description

The remains of a wrecked former lifeboat of probable 20th century date, on the western side of the River Witham, Boston. The vessel was included in a photographic survey of wrecks along the Witham foreshore, conducted in October 2013 prior to their removal. The vessel was constructed of wood with a clinker-built hull and was named as the 'Great Auk'. {1}{2}{3}
