Description
LINCOLN SK9771NE THE STRAIT 1941-1/9/379 (East side) 15/08/73 Nos.25 AND 26 GV II 2 houses, now 2 houses and 2 shops. Early C19. Brick with stone dressings, rendered north gable, and slate roof with a ridge stack. Modillion wooden eaves. 3 storeys, 4 bays. Glazing bar sash windows with rubbed brick heads, and half-glazed panelled doors. C19 wooden shopfront, with pilasters and, in the centre, 3 doors with round heads, keystones and fanlights. To left, an altered 3-light shop window. To right, a 4-light shop window with wooden mullions and transoms. Above, 4 sashes on each floor, those to the second floor being smaller.
